One system instead of a collection of tools
The software of many SMEs has grown organically. An accounting package at the accountant, a CRM for sales, Excel for inventory, a separate webshop, leave counters at the payroll provider. Every piece works, until you notice that the same data sits in four places and nobody knows anymore which figure is the right one.
Odoo replaces that collection with one platform. Every app reads and writes in the same database. Your salesperson sees whether a product is in stock. Your warehouse worker sees which order comes first. Your accountant sees the invoice that follows from that delivery. And you see how your business is running, without piecing reports together.
You do not have to do everything at once. Odoo is built from apps that you activate one by one. Many customers start with sales and accounting and add inventory, manufacturing or a webshop later, on the same installation.
What is in Odoo
Sales and customers
CRM
Every lead, every conversation and every next step with the customer. You see what is in your pipeline and who follows up on what.
Sales
Quotes with the right pricelist per customer, signed online. A signed quote immediately becomes an order for delivery and invoicing.
eCommerce and Point of Sale
Webshop and point of sale work on the same catalog and the same stock. Every sale ends up in the accounting without retyping.
Logistics and manufacturing
Purchase
Purchase suggestions based on your actual consumption and your reorder points. Requests for quotation to multiple suppliers from a single screen.
Inventory
Live stock across all your warehouses, with barcode scanning, lot and serial numbers and traceability down to the order.
Manufacturing
Bills of materials, manufacturing orders and work orders per work center, with time tracking included. Your cost price follows from what was actually consumed.
Figures, service and team
Accounting
Belgian accounting on the same platform as your sales and purchasing: CODA import, VAT return, PEPPOL invoicing and the reports for your accountant.
Helpdesk
Every customer question becomes a ticket with an owner and a deadline. You see which problems keep coming back.
HR
Time off, expenses and employee records in one place. Employees submit their own requests, you approve.
It also includes apps for projects and timesheets, documents, email marketing, website, appointments and maintenance. What you do not use stays off.
Who Odoo works for
Odoo suits companies that want their processes to connect and that have people willing to own the system. In practice, these are SMEs with a handful to a few hundred users: manufacturers, wholesalers, installers, service providers and companies with a webshop alongside a physical store.
If your current setup works well, you do not enter data twice and you can report what you need, there is no need to switch. The conversations we have usually start with a growth spurt, a new activity that does not fit the existing package, or the same mistake that keeps coming back because the same data lives in three places.
Community or Enterprise
Odoo comes in two editions. Odoo Community is open source and free, with the basic apps. Odoo Enterprise builds on that with extra apps, the mobile app, hosting by Odoo and official support and upgrades. For a company that wants to run production-ready, we recommend Enterprise. The difference lies in the continuous updates and in apps that Belgian SMEs need in practice, such as full accounting, quality and maintenance.
Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosting
Odoo runs in Odoo's own cloud (Odoo Online), on the Odoo.sh development platform, or on infrastructure that we manage. Odoo Online is the simplest and is enough for an administrative setup without custom development. Odoo.sh allows custom development and integrations. We choose self-hosting for environments with busy points of sale, heavy integrations or high demands on speed and control. The choice depends on how you use Odoo, not on your budget: the starting prices are close together.
What Odoo costs
Odoo Enterprise is paid per user per month, with all apps included. The current license prices are listed on odoo.com/pricing. On top of that, count on the implementation: the analysis, the configuration, the migration of your data and the training of your team. What you pay depends on the apps in scope, the data migrations, the custom development, the API integrations and any custom customer portals. After the analysis, we give you one fixed price for that phase. Read how such a project runs in our approach.

Usually for the most part. What is standard in Odoo covers most of what an SME needs. For the rest, our developers build additions that remain upgradeable. During the analysis you get a verdict per process: standard, configuration or custom development.
The current version of Odoo. We also migrate existing environments that run on an older version. The cost depends on the amount of custom development, and we estimate it after a short analysis.
Yes. After an introductory call, we build a demo tailored to your processes, from lead to invoice. No standard presentation.
