Understand first
Then build

First, a free introductory meeting about your processes and plans. We use that information to prepare a free Odoo demo tailored to your business.

How your project unfolds

Diagnosis, Design, Delivery and Growth make up our quadriptych: the paid phases after the introduction and demo.

Free introduction

Online or at your premises, we discuss your current systems, processes and plans. We explore where Odoo can help and which questions a demo should answer.

Free tailored demo

Using the information from the introductory meeting, we prepare a free demo tailored to your business. You follow a familiar process from start to finish and see how sales, inventory and accounting can work together. We discuss what standard Odoo can do and which questions need further work.

Diagnosis

We examine your operations, data and integrations. For each process, we identify what standard Odoo provides, what needs configuration and where custom development makes sense. We agree the diagnosis fee in advance. Afterwards, you receive a fixed price for the agreed first phase.

Design

We configure a proof of concept using best practices. Your team reviews the choices in a working environment with familiar scenarios. That configuration becomes the foundation for delivery.

Delivery

We configure Odoo, build the agreed extensions and prepare the data migration. We review progress in short cycles. Priorities and dependencies determine which processes go live together.

Reverse workshop

Your key users run their everyday scenarios themselves, including exceptions, corrections and the effects on accounting. We follow up the findings and decide together whether the environment is ready to use.

Go-live and hypercare

We agree the switch and support arrangements in advance. During the initial period of use, daily check-ins help us follow up questions and problems. The duration and availability are tailored to your project.

Growth

After launch, we plan further improvements, new processes and upgrades. Choose the support that fits: prepaid hours or a service agreement with fixed response times during business hours.

Moving your data with checks in place

We determine which contacts, products, prices, ongoing transactions and historical records to bring across. This depends on your source system, the available data and what you need in Odoo.

We make the migration repeatable and rehearse it in a test environment. Your team checks the data, while your accountant reviews the relevant balances and open items. Before the switch, we agree when to transfer the final data and what remains available in the old system.

Working with your team

We ask for one contact who can make decisions and key users with time for choices, data checks and testing. The people who use Odoo every day can then assess the configuration themselves.

Training is part of implementation. We practise your own processes and provide material your team can consult afterwards, such as recordings and short guides. Before launch, we agree who needs to be able to carry out which tasks independently.

Practical questions

We determine that after diagnosis. Processes, data migration, integrations and your team’s availability affect the schedule. Together, we choose a manageable first scope and plan the later phases around it.

We prefer a phased rollout. Your operations and integrations determine which processes need to switch together. A webshop, point of sale or production environment can therefore be part of the first phase too.

During preparation, yes. We agree in advance when to switch, which data still needs transferring and how to keep the old records accessible.

Discuss your Odoo project

After the free introductory meeting, we use the information from our conversation to prepare a free demo tailored to your business.
