Odoo training and support that make you self-sufficient.

We train your team until it can do it on its own tomorrow, stay on board daily for two to three weeks after the go-live, and then you choose: prepaid hours or a service agreement with fixed response times during business hours. Small questions stay small.

A good support partner makes itself needed as little as possible. That is why we also tell you what you can do without us: apps you activate yourself with Odoo's free learning material, email templates your own IT department can easily adjust, upgrades of standard Odoo that are included in your license. What remains, we do thoroughly: training, hypercare and ongoing support, the final piece of our range of services. New to us? Then everything starts with an introduction.

What good Odoo support means

Support that does not disappear after the go-live

With us, support is not an afterthought squeezed in between projects: with a service agreement, your response time is on paper, down to a first response within the hour during business hours for a critical incident.

Every small question turns into a quote

A small property manager asked us to automate his quarterly invoicing. The answer was not a custom development quote, but a data export and import plus one extra text field: half an hour of work within his existing hour package. That is how small help should stay: small.

Everything depends on that one colleague

One person knows the system, the rest does not dare to use it. Our training is aimed at exactly that: live sessions per module, recorded instruction videos and cheat sheets, so new colleagues can also get on board later at their own pace.

Training: your team can do it on its own tomorrow

Training is a standard part of every implementation we do, not an option on the side. We teach per module, to the people who work with it every day: from sales and CRM through inventory, purchase and manufacturing to accounting, eCommerce, HR and helpdesk.

Live sessions per module

Sales learns sales, the warehouse learns the warehouse. No general tour of the whole package, but your flows, with your data, for the people who will soon operate them.

Videos and cheat sheets in your own language

We record every session, and we summarize the most important actions in cheat sheets: short, concrete, to keep next to the screen. New colleagues get on board later without us having to come by again.

The reverse workshop

Before the go-live, we swap roles: you operate the system, we watch. Only when your scenarios succeed do we go live. Not because we can show it, but because you can do it.

Hypercare: on board daily for two to three weeks

In the first weeks after going live, we are there every day. Short check-ins, quick adjustments, no ticket queue. If a mistake is ours, you hear it from us first and we correct it as quickly as possible. If the bug is in Odoo itself, we say so too and look for a solution or a workable alternative. Hypercare is stage four of our approach in miniature: intensive until you stand firmly on your own, then you decide how we continue.

The real choice: prepaid hours or a service agreement

Prepaid hour package

You buy a package of 10, 50 or 100 hours and use it whenever you need something. No monthly fee, no fixed deadlines. You track your balance yourself through the customer portal. A package stays valid for two years.

Basic

Four hours per month included and response times on paper: on a critical incident (P1) we respond within two business hours and are working on a solution or a workable alternative within four business hours. A P2 we pick up within the business day. Plus a half-yearly evaluation and advisory meeting.

Proactive

Six hours included, first response to a P1 within one business hour and a solution or workable alternative within two business hours. Your change requests get priority in the queue and we monitor your system proactively: some errors we see before you report them. Emergency support outside business hours is included.

Strategic

Ten hours included, the fastest resolution times (a P2 response within four hours, resolution within the business day) and a monthly evaluation and advisory meeting, half of them on site at your place. For those who run Odoo as a strategic platform.

We send you the full comparison, with all response and resolution times per priority and the terms, on request. Not sure? Start with prepaid. You can always switch to an agreement, and if after a few months your usage turns out not to justify an agreement, we tell you that too.

How we handle your reports, and what we ask of you

Real bug, misunderstanding or wish

We first sort every report honestly. We do not sell a fix for something that is not broken: standard behavior that surprises you, we simply explain. And a wish is a wish. It gets a small, realistic estimate, not a big paid project.

Is something not working as it should?

If it is our fault, we say so and fix it as quickly as possible. If we ourselves spot something that was not yet working as it should, we report it on our own initiative, before you notice it.

What we ask of you

Time from your key users for the training, and one point of contact with a mandate for support questions. Without those hours there is no self-sufficient team, so plan them in deliberately.

What we do not promise

No 24/7 standby and no response times that are not on paper: outside a service agreement, we help you as quickly as possible, without a fixed deadline. And if we cannot help you with something, we say so and refer you to someone who can.

What customers ask us about support

Prepaid is flexible: you buy hours, use them whenever you want and pay no monthly fee, but there are no fixed deadlines. A service agreement gives you certainty: response and resolution times on paper, included hours and periodic evaluation meetings. The real deciding factor is how critical Odoo is to your operations. If your warehouse or your point of sale comes to a halt when Odoo is down, you want a P1 response time on paper. If you mainly use Odoo for administration, prepaid is often enough. We send you the full comparison on request.

Anything that can be solved in minutes rather than days: a report that needs a small tweak, a user who is missing a permission, a setting that is wrong. If a question turns out to be bigger after all, we say so in advance, with an estimate, and you decide whether we take it on.

No. An upgrade is not a condition for building further: we keep working on your existing version. We do recommend staying current, and we deliberately keep everything we build upgradeable, but that is a choice you make based on costs and benefits, not an obligation we impose.

Yes, regularly. We do not start by tearing things down, but with a short audit: how is your environment set up, how is it used, where is the real pain. After that you know where you stand, even if the advice is to stay with your current partner.

Through the customer portal, by email or by phone; on our support page you can read how each route works. Every report gets a priority, and with a service agreement we monitor the queue during business hours with automatic alerts. A critical incident is best reported by phone: that is the fastest way to get us moving.
