As an engineer you build custom development, integrations and reports on top of standard Odoo, with Python and JavaScript. What you build runs in production every day at our customers.
You work in a small in-house team that takes quality seriously: unit tests and integration tests, building for upgradability, contributing to open source. We only write custom code when it really pays off.
