Abstractive is looking for a business consultant to grow with our company. Your role is to oversee projects for our clients as a functional Odoo expert. You will be the contact person for both your customers and your fellow developers. You will guide the customer and the technical team from intake meeting to final delivery.

Through regular consultations and workshops, you will identify the client's needs and existing processes and systems and advise the client on how to make optimal use of our software.

What do we expect from you?

  • You listen to the customer, you analyze their needs and you find the best solution to build out their Odoo business software.

  • You provide demos to the customers focused on their expectations.

  • You investigate the possibilities of creating links with existing packages and portals of the customer.

  • With clear assignments, you then inform our developers who will develop the custom software for the customer.

  • You ensure that the agreed budgets and deadlines are respected.

  • You test the result thoroughly. You are ultimately responsible for the quality completion of a product that meets the customer's requirements.

  • You assist the end users in putting the new package into use.

Your profile

  • Preferably you have a higher degree (commercial sciences, TEW, commercial engineer, ICT, ...) or equivalent through experience.

  • You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured way. You know where the priorities lie.

  • You understand how our customized solutions can benefit customers.

  • You are highly communicative, both to customers and developers.

  • Several years of experience in IT project management or as a business analyst, are an asset.

  • Experience with Odoo implementations is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of accounting and/or experience with ERP systems.

  • Language skills: Dutch and English.
